I have reached out to them via email and Facebook with no response or explanation to why my purchase hasn’t been shipped. They created a shipping label thru USPS but the carrier hasn’t received the product. It’s been 2 weeks since I purchased the item and the shipping label created. The shipping delay from the pandemic has nothing to do with it. I’ve received mail shipped with USPS from other shopping sites with no problem.
Should have purchased it on Amazon at least they would have been on time & not screw me over.”
“Purchased item for Christmas. Received an email on December 9th stating item had shipped. USPS website shows label printed but still waiting on item from company on December 21st. Assume at this point will not be here before Christmas. Three emails have been ignored. Next stop is to dispute the charge with AmEx.”
