Thanks for your feedback. Am sorry to hear about the problems you have had with your purchase but am happy to try and find a solution for you. With the trousers whereas some people have found the sizes a little more generous to be two sizes out doesn't seem right. It may be a mislabeling from the manufacturer but would be happy to replace with another 32R to see if that pair is any better. With the polo shirt the style is for a looser fit but if the medium is too big Id again be happy to replace with a small and see if that's a better fit also.
So long as the original bags and tags are in place you can send the items back and I'll have a replacement product sent out ASAP. Let me know your thoughts.
