“ I purchased a cherry tree in May - it arrived with no soil around the root, yet there were several green leaves at the top. All previous purchases of dormant trees from other suppliers had no leaves whatsoever. I followed the online instuctions but the tree is now as dead as the parrot in the Monty Python sketch. The reply to an email I sent also left a lot to be desired in the customer service skills dept. ”
