Please may I have an invoice for the strawberry tree I've purchased from you today?... Euro 29. 27 has been taken from my account by yourselves. I have received no invoice for this purchase not the even the confirmation that I have placed the order.
Please see attached photograph of my order received today showing the poor condition of this tree. It was badly packed with soaking wet soil covered in very rough straw? It was totally unprotected causing stress making it highly unlikely to survive. Please refund or replace with a correctly packaged healthy plant
