I feel a bit out of place with all the bad reviews I’ve read but here goes. Worth reading all of this. I didn’t give 5 stars because there have been problems but they’ve all been resolved. I bought loads of parts for my Lambretta from Beedspeed in 2019. They all arrived promptly. One small part was incorrect. I emailed them immediately and received a replacement within two days and I live in Ireland. I ordered more parts in the week the covid lockdown started in 2020. They took longer to arrive and I couldn’t get replies to emails or phone calls answered but I put that down to the lockdown. When my scooter was finally finished in august 2021, two years after my first order I noticed that my twisted stainless steel stand was the wrong size and chromed, not stainless. That is the four star part. I emailed Beedspeed and sent photos of the stand. Despite the fact that two years had passed since I bought it I received the correct replacement stand without charge in no time at all. I don’t know Dan or any of the staff at Beedspeed. I don’t know about business problems that other reviewers mention and honestly don’t care. In my opinion it’s how a customer is treated when there’s a problem that counts most. Dan could have refused to replace the stand. He could have left me to try to chase a small claims case from another country. But he didn’t. His emails to me were courteous. He demonstrated a highly professional customer service etiquette and I wouldn’t hesitate to both do business with him and recommend him to anyone who asks in the future. In my original order one part was unavailable and without even asking Beedspeed refunded the amount paid. Other people have obviously had bad experiences but not me. My experience with Beedspeed has all been faultless. The only reason for four rather than five stars is the error with the order. But customer service is a definite five stars.

Ordered some bits for my SX on Thursday and they’ve just arrived! I understand there are delays with the couriers at the moment, but I could not fault the people there and the quality of the parts!

Still waiting for my parts to be delivered , it seems beedspeed have not paid their bill with DHL, so until that happens dhl are holding my parts . Great !!

Ordered sip tubles rims scrached and when I opened and clutchleaver looks second hand condition. bulb broken in post. I've ask to send back but can't as need bike for work so bank holiday no bike bits to fix as all need returning. Disappointing.

They don't reply to sales enquirers via email. Sent a query over a week ago regarding an incorrect item, still no reply! Ended up ordering and receiving correct part (that fit this time) via S.I.P in Germany, who provided a great customer service.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STAR RATING I WOULD!! SOLD ME A PART THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK THEN TOOK OVER 5 WEEKS, 3 EMAILS AND 6 PHONE CALLS BEFORE I GOT A REFUND. AVOID

i have been waiting to return an under headset for a px that does not fit for over 2 weeks, they told me 72 hours. they lied about delivery being late and the delivery company sent me proof it was beed speed and not them. i have even sent them videos showing the headset is an awful fit and the shims sent with it are useless. over 4 weeks in total dealing with this company and im now at the point of looking at the small claims court to get my money back for an inferior part that cannot be used. i have called round scooter shops and spoke to them who all said to send it back as its dangerous . now im leaving feedback to try and get some attention and not be ignored .

I spent a lot of money refurbishing my scooter, and I was assured it will be delivered by the end of March. It is now the first week of April, and I have not heard from them or received a refund.. TooK some evidence of been scammed and some prove to Evidentltd.com ,,, for me to get a Refund of my lost to this company

Please do not use this place it is not the same owners I paid a lot of money to buy upgrades for my scooter was told delivery end of February it is now first week in April and no contact from them and no refund Please look them up on internet and read it will save you money

My son has justed passed his CBT and we are waiting for an ignition system. I ordered on Wednesday 27th March and expected their dispatch team to ship goods on Thursday as stated on Thier website. Nope no tracking nothing? I rang on Tuesday 2nd April to enquire as to where my item was and spoke to a very rude guy who said they had been busy and it would go out in the next day or so? What a joke! PEDPARTS dispatch straight away but did not stock the ignition system I required. So many bad reviews on Trustpilot regarding BEEDSPEED on their internet listing and eBay I wish I had read before using them. My son is very disappointed that he cannot ride his ped due to this incompetent company. I understand it used to be a decent place to purchase scooter stuff but has been taken over by some guy who runs his businesses into the ground and it sounds like he is doing an excellent job of destroying this one. I would say DO NOT USE! Lies and deciet! Use PEDPARTS or any other company! I gather that they actually do not have most stock and order it once they get your hard earned money then you are at their mercy! People have waited months for parts or refunds!!

Avoid avoid avoid , ordered parts if them jan 16 said they’d take 2 weeks , after several phone calls and broken promises or lies as I prefer to call them it took me until today 20 march to get an email telling me my stuff is on its way , I had to ask for a refund to get that email by the way , it seems nothing ever changes with beefspeed , selling parts they don’t have in stock and when you dare complain or question them you just get some snotty kid who’ll put the phone down on you , avoid at all costs

Complete waste of time , money and effort .what a set of messing wasters waiting 8 weeks for parts to be delivered after Been told would be two weeks and still waiting 🤣🤣 what a joke . This company has more bull s💩💩💩e than Noah’s ark . Dan has more excuses than the book of excuses that’s a thousand pages long . Let me tell ya boys n girls DON’T ,DON’T waste you time or money at this place . A complete set of robbing bar stewards .if you can hear him on the other end of the line he is Liebig to you whatever he say is a lie . A complete bull s💩💩💩💩er. Had to give one star cos I couldn’t post without it and that is plus 5 stars too many .

Orderd a new seat 10th April and still waiting four months later, just been told i won't get it until sometime in September, will miss the IOW rally now and probably won't use it until next year (2024). Had no apology or communication from Beedspeed at all and will never use this company again.
