“I ordered some beers on a Saturday. The website was showing ''that delivery would be Tuesday''. I ordered and at checkout it said delivery would be five days (or so I thought) but infact it is 5 working days after the beers have been dispatched which is a longer lead time than the original pull advert!! I sent an impatient email asking where my beer was and I had a quick and polite reply explaining where I had gone wrong with my expectation of swift beer delivery. They arrived safely but not on the advertised Tueday! PLEASE remove this misleading pop up. Your delivery costs are pricey and so be honest. Many thanks”

Good Afternoon, hope all is well; thank you for your review I will pass on your comments. However, our site clearly states delivery is at the quickest when selecting Next Day Delivery at checkout. I can see from your order only Standard 3-5 Day Delivery was selected. Many thanks, Beerhunter

“A very good web site, easy to navigate, with minimal delays due to the number of folks on it. Wide choice of beers available of every possible variation. For myself the main weakness is the minimal variety of gluten free beer. Look around the web- they're there, but not here. This four Star for me, not five. Very good after sales communication with delivery on time and as predicted. Prices are ok and very good in the sales.”

“The delivery time, pachacking and beer were all good. However I did need to chase via email as I was devliered an Erdinger Jugen Klopp glass instead of a 1 litre stein which was advertised with my order. Thankfully, the stein was delivered a few days later.”

“Great selection of gluten free beers - including my very favourite, the Dubbel Ale by Greens. Bit expensive, but y'know, that's GF beer for you. Then shipping on top of that, but it's worth the cost in this case as they package it very well - each bottle is separated by strong cardboard dividers that are kind of formed around bottle shapes themselves, meaning they're transported carefully. I'd say it's very worth it, especially for my favourite beers.”

“I ordered a mixed case of 15 beers, branded glass, bottle opener and personalised gift card as a graduation present. I also paid for next day delivery. It was delivered the next day and the recipient was delighted with the beer. The only negative is the delivery box has Beer Hunter writen all over it which spoilt the surprise about what is inside.”

“Great product at a competitive price. Small issue with order not being available for 'next day delivery' but which was satisfactorily resolved, 1 star knocked off for only finding this out after I chased the matter. No permanent damage and will definitely be using again.”
