“The keg I ordered was great and I was very pleased with the beer and the value, however I opted for this as I was disappointed at the prices of the pale ale bundles as most of the beers are available in supermarkets for much less. I'd be happy paying this price for beers that are harder to get hold of.”

“Good service. Dispatched within in a 3 days and can take up to 5 for delivery, which of being picky could be improved but just keep the stocks up and don't leave yourself waiting on the DPD delivery van 😀”

“Great beer but delivery sometimes does not quite meet what is offered - ordered this for a fathers day gift on Wednesday (having seen lots of order now for fathers day ads) but it was not delivered until the following Monday.”

“Of the 6 cases I have bought since starting last December. The last one with the missing Beer made me sad as it was one of my favourites. Generally Beer Hunter (Especially Belgium) sells some quality beer, which was nit easy to get hold of before. One minor point is that I don't a Beer Hunter glass in every case. If it was a quality Beer Vessel, then I wouldn't mind but it's basic. On the Whole VERY GOOD!”

“Lovely beer. 12 bottles with ceramic tops. One bottle opened without a pop unfortunately and its contents were flat. The rest were superb. Haven't followed it up as I expect you'd just get a £5 voucher.”

“We wanted to send a suprise to some dear friends. Unfortunately they were not at home when the beers arrived and were left with a neighbour. Timing wasn't favourable being a Bank holiday weekend. The negative issue is the greeting card which was supposed to be included just wasn't there - so, our friends didn't know who had sent the package. I eventually had to text and ask if they'd received anything and they told they'd got it. The website is really set up more for online ordering to your own address and not straightforward to send as a gift. I did see a customer feedback comment saying the writing on the greeting card was very small, I didn't think that none would be included. It's taken the pleasure away a bit, by having to ask about receipt and not knowing whether / when the neighbour managed to hand the package over.”

“The beer was enjoyed by all my guests however delivery took around 10 days which meant they arrived on the day of my party which nearly resulted in me buying replacements from supermarkets . This was a lot longer than expected for beer you said was in stock on ordering . The customer service girl was doing her best but that didnt help .”

“Having been diagnosed as having serious Celiac disease, even so called ‘gluten free’ beer was not safe for me as it was brewed from malt and barley. Greens discovery amber ale was a life saver, but I see it’s no longer available. However beers using ancient grains totally free from gluten are excellent, I can now associate with my beer drinking friends without feeling out of place with just fruit juice .”

“The choice of beers is excellent although some have been out of stock at times. The new loyalty scheme is okay although it seems there is no way of not becoming a member. I understand a numer of business use them but I'm not convinced there is any benefit other than enticing people to spend more money.”

“My 2nd order with Beerhunter hit a snag when the wrong items were delivered and during the process of arranging a refund, a snag occurred that gave the impression they were ignoring my emails. A refund was eventually actioned via PayPal and then the source of the communication problem was identified at Beerhunter. Sue at customer services went the extra mile to investigate and identify the communications error and contacted me to apologise and kindly offer a discount should I wish to make a further order. These things happen so no hard feelings and thank you Sue for your efforts to rectify the matter, best wishes Steve.”
