“When my order was delivered it was wrong. I contacted their customer service and after sending a couple of pictures to prove my claim they put it right straight away with no fuss. Will use again”

“I ordered one of the British Mixed Ale packs as a gift and, while I can't comment on the beer, I have to say from a customer service perspective I couldn't be happier.
