Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the sales tax and never received a refund, essentially paying double tax for one pair of shoes.

Although I absolutely love my shoes. I bought 2 pairs as I wanted the size to fit perfectly. For how expensive they were I am disappointed with the return policy and having to fork the cost of international shipping and a long delay in waiting for my refund. Hence my low review.

The shoes were extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to return they wouldn’t give me a refund. I was trying to break them in before the wedding and when I realized they were giving me blisters wearing them around the house like you guys suggested I returned them and no refund was giving 🥲

Very disappointed in your strict return policy. I returned a pair of wedding shoes for my daughter after buying 3 pairs. I was a couple of days past the 30 days and was offered a credit not a refund. You should look at the purchase history before responding to your clients. Terre Braunreuther

I had returned my wedding shoes because they were too big on me and I had both bows in the box. I am 100% positive. I then got the shoes repacked and sent back to me with no refund. I am beyond shocked. I feel like this is a scam and to have to deal with this and a wedding is beyond stressful. I was planning on trying out more shoes from you but I will not shop here again.

I have returned my shoes almost a month but I still have no reply for the refund. I am very upset about it. My money never got back.

On top of all that, Fedex verified that the shoes were received by the Bella Belle return center over a week ago, and I have yet to be contacted by Bella Belle saying that my refund is in progress.
