“Helped with my morses club claim,but had to ring constantly for updates.what they charge is awful.I ended up charging them £50 for my time and calls and deducted it from payment I had to send for fees.all in all they did the job”

“Very efficient but quite aggressive initially when I did not return my form; constant emails and telephone calls I felt as if I was being hassled a bit and felt a bit irritated with it.”
