Well I had claims from this berfore with no hassle however. They found a new claim and push me to accept and then ignore all emails when u call they say they give u a update and never call or send email only sent 6 emails that are ingorned after this claim if I ever will get it I won't be using them again and I will definitely recommend fast track claims they are quick and responsive to there customers and charges alot less. Oh so like to add they make claims for you but they charge more on fees then what ur paydays loans intreast was lol joke really. which I hope one day a claim company start chasing these company's for there fees what they charge people.

36% I was charged by you for sorting my claim with provident, absolute rip off. Provident are having to pay this money back to people because of ripping us all of with high interest rates etc. I will be taking advice on what I've been charged by this company. Maybe if enough people stand together Belmond will be paying compensation too. I don't mind paying for services but 36%? Come on guys be realistic

I was asked to apply for compensation from Provident , I was told they were due to pay out in July , I have sent two emails requesting an update and an approx ammount and date and have heard nothing . very frustrating.....

Although they have secured me a good offer from one of my previous lenders, for which I am thankful, they are now dragging their heels a bit with actually securing the money. The offer was made on 23rd April and it is now the 9th May and despite being told I would receive the money this week, there is no sign of it and they have literally stopped responding to my emails asking for a simple update. I understand that they might be having issues with the lender, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication, especially when I'm clearly very anxious about it...they are receiving a 36% fee from me after all!

I had to provide the basic information 3 times each time not checking from the system what I already provided. The worst thing is that I was left on my own to deal with the banks and wondered why the agent derserves to get paid 36% of the refund practically for. Just submitting the skeleton form. I found the banks understandably inquisitive but really professional and helpfull during my telephone conversations.
