“I got a cold call and was not very interested in speaking to anyone, let alone someone from a call Center to talk about life insurance, but when I was reluctantly put through to Rebecca, it was like a breath of fresh air. I have to be honest and say she completely won me over. Not in a negative way, she didn’t pressure me, or brow beat me, but with time and care she just talked to me, was very respectful and made me feel like she was not only doing her job very efficiently, but cared about the right choices for me. I couldn’t ask for any better. All my questions were answered, and when she didn’t know the answer, she was honest and went right to the source to try and assist us both in getting to the right answer. A great employee indeed.
