“I thoroughly wouldn't recommend this service. Not only did they not give me the correct information when setting a policy up regarding when payments would come out of my account, they failed to tell me a second one would come out less than 3 weeks later. They never asked me for my address so any mail sent to me was going to the wrong address. Upon cancelling the policy I have only recieved back half of what I should have, I was actually in the cooling off period (the lady I spoke to from be money savvy actually informed of this). Also, because the money went out of my account a week earlier than it should have I hadn't yet cancelled my existing policy meaning I was even more out of pocket. I cannot tell you enough to not use this service.”

“How can I give a rating on something I am paying for that someone else will benefit from? Be money savvy? I hate banks badly. I don't think other financial institutions a much better. And as for the pension pots we all have to pay into....just a con so the hedge funders can live a flash lifestyle. Happy now? You got your review....”
