“Although the application process took a little longer than I expected, overall I found it straightforward and not too intrusive. The agent, Cei, was polite and engaging and we didn't feel like we were being forced into anything we didn't want.”

“Clear concise advice only downside was no voicemail or caller I’d when contacting me so I often missed those calls as I work from home and couldn’t take the call not knowing who had called”

“When you send an E-Mail saying that my Policy Documents are Available to read IT Would be Helpful if they were & NOT just a Blank e-mail. How do people that use your service Know what they have & what they are paying.”

“The staff were polite and friendly. The calls were persistent and staff determined to get a better premium than what I was already paying for insurance. The only negative would be sheer volume of questions that sometimes I didn’t hear properly and the phone call lasted an hour 🙈 But overall it worked out better as they got me a better term and rate 😃”
