“Have many calls after I agreed the 1st option which annoyed me very much ( just communicate and remove the person from receiving any more unwanted calls )”

“Luke O was absolutely brilliant really helpful and even did 1 hour overtime to explain our policy and go through any questions we had. I really recommend talking to him if you're thinking about going for life insurance. Thank you Luke for all of your help we are truly greatful 😁”

“I spoke to Mr Jackson, I set up a policy with national friendly! Only to receive documents telling me I have set up with one family... This has left me disgruntled and dubious about moving forward, thanks but no thanks”
