“Brilliant customer service, but cancelled my policy the next morning, they managed to save me £1 a month on my life insurance policy with legal and general by swapping me to HSBC but ended up losing £75,000 of the policy total amount 🙄 my advice stick with the policy you’ve taken out already because 12 months later it’s impossible for them to get you a better value deal because your a year older than when you took out the policy, luckily legal and general let me stay with them even tho I was advised to cancel the direct debit with them because the new one had been set up”
