“There's nothing more boring than trying to arrange life insurance when you're over 60. My wife started the process and got all sorts of phone calls, constant cut offs and eventually an evening phone call from Scott to go through the medical stuff. I have to admit, after a slow start, that Scott was really good, kept his sense of humour and got me some decent life insurance. Well done!”

“Very good service on applying for policies. After policy agreed, someone kept phoning me and leaving messages, yet would be better with e mails. Also some documents come in the post and some on e mail, would be better if all electronic e mail and save postage and paper.”
