“I spoke with Matt Dewhurst, I found he was friendly, and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable during the whole of the conversation and did not feel pressured at any time . Matt Keep up your friendly banter, it does help relax the person on the end of the phone.”

“I have to say looking for Critical cover and funeral cover isn’t the best call to make. But I have to say Rhys was an absolute star. He was very helpful and explained everything so well. Even trying to lighten the call as it’s not a nice one to make answer personal questions is not the easiest thing to do. . But needs to be done. If you do offer any kind of employee recognition I would most definitely recommend. This one is a keeper. Wish he worked with me. Kindest regards vivienne”
