“I have to say looking for Critical cover and funeral cover isn’t the best call to make. But I have to say Rhys was an absolute star. He was very helpful and explained everything so well. Even trying to lighten the call as it’s not a nice one to make answer personal questions is not the easiest thing to do. . But needs to be done. If you do offer any kind of employee recognition I would most definitely recommend. This one is a keeper. Wish he worked with me. Kindest regards vivienne”

“Although initially unaware that I would be getting an annual review if my policy, all was quickly explained by Carl. He went in to explain all the aspects of the policy and providers I was with, and suggested changes which I did.
