“Luke Vernon was very friendly and charming and made sense of what he was selling me but being a vulnerable person i get easily talked into things even though i explained to the original person who called that i was happy with my insurer and didnt want to change. He explained about the increasing insurance protects the amount insured togoup with inflation but didnt explain that the payments would also go up with inflation. I am not comfortable not knowing how much i will be paying in the future so had to ring and cancel the following day. so a waste of over an hour of my time and his and as i originally said i will stick to my insurance i already have . please dont phone me again”
