“Rhys Grimshaw has got to be one of the best customer advisors I have spoken to. He is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. He called me back a number of times and each time I spoke to him he was very professional, helpful and courteous. Even though the cover I chose was more expensive than I would have liked, I purchased it due to the excellent service I received from Rhys. Thanks again Rhys, I hope you all the best for your future and keep up the great work.”
