“My advisor Leigh Metcalf was a respectful when I answered his call. He was not too pushy to get my attention even though I was at work. He is such a great communicator and answered all questions I had about the policy. I felt at ease and confident to make a decision to take out a policy with Leigh’s support and it gives me a great deal of relief that he is just a phone call away, should I have any more questions.”

“Was really impressed with the service, Luke Vernon was very thorough and obviously was keen to find the best deal for us. He was friendly, informative and lovely to talk to. “Good service and explained everything. Only negative being, don’t like the idea of someone ringing me then putting the phone down when I answered. Don’t see the point in that . Because the guy I spoke to was very good. Why not explain straight away the nature of your call ?”
