“Very good customer service. I forget the name of the lady who initially called me but she was very polite and friendly. She passed me over to Luke who was very professional, informative and helpful in informing me what I can be covered for and updating my policy.”

“I was contacted by Be Money Savvy to review my insurance but was in the process of moving house so had to keep postponing until it was finalised as my needs changed once I moved. Hayley was very patient with me and regularly checked in with me to see if I was ready to review my policies. I have finally arranged cover with her now and am very happy with the service. Be Money Savvy have been able to get me a better and cheaper deal than the mortgage advisor so I’ve very happy and Wouk’s recommend them to anyone looking to review their protection policies.”

“Amazing customer service. The guy I spoke to his name wasJacob, he was very easy to talk to, kept me engaged through the whole conversation. Made sure I understood everything. If it wasn’t for Jacob I would of ended the call and not proceeded with policy.”
