“Rhys has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always professional whilst making every call personal. He had to make a lot of to and from call whilst not only getting me the best deal but the product that suited me and my lifestyle best. “I felt pressured to take the policy. I kept getting calls asking me the same questions over and over again because somebody had to listen in to the answers that I gave. Even when I was at work in meetings the phone would ring and I would cut and it would ring again.”
