“I have been a customer of Ben Garelick's for over 30 years. I purchased rings, earrings and bracelets from them. My husband has purchased rings, earrings and necklaces from them. I have had jewelry repairs and adjustments completed by them. I have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience with this store and it's associates. Peter Manka, Sr. was our first contact person with Ben Garelick but I have dealt with his son, his daughter and another associate, Patty Emma, on several occasions. All of them are wonderful. If I am buying jewelry that I feel is important to me, BenGarelick is my go-to jeweler. I appreciate the quality of service so much that I sent my son there when he was purchasing a ring to propose to his girlfriend and they treated him as well as anyone. Whether you are purchasing something that costs $100.00 or much more they treat you as though you are spending millions with them. I highly recommend them.”

“I am so lucky that my fiancé went to Ben Garelick! Not only do I have the most beautiful engagement ring from the store but both my fiancé and I recently purchased our wedding bands from the jeweler. Due to the unique setting of my engagement ring, I had a lot of questions regarding the best engagement ring/wedding band pairing. My fiancé and I set up an appointment with the jeweler (a very easy process) and we were able to have a conversation directly with the sales professional on my vision and concerns - they even had developed a virtual customized band for my consideration! I felt fully supported and listened to during our appointment and was very confident in walking out of the store having purchased 3 wedding bands (1 for my fiancé, 2 for me!). I couldn't recommend Ben Garelick Jewelers more - their professionalism is beyond reproach and everyone made us feel comfortable with making such an important purchase!”

“So happy with the service at Ben Garelick! I live in Oregon and was nervous to purchase such a large piece of jewelry from them online. But after reading their reviews and contacting the team at Ben Garelick, I was won over! The people there are so nice and their jewelry is second to none. “The team at Ben Garelick is second to none. They exude professionalism and add the personal touch needed when shopping for engagement rings, as I was. They designed something custom for my fiancée, and she loved it so much that we came back to buy our wedding bands with Ben Garelick. We're not even from Buffalo! We drove all the way from Albany, and the team at Ben Garelick did not disappoint.”

“I was a bit nervous purchasing online/out of state. Let me just say that the experience could not have been better. Peter went out of his way to help me, when my pendant did not match my ring he was quick to work out the details of having it corrected. I absolutely love the quality of the jewelry and the excellent customer service.”

“Writing this review is a pleasure for me as Peter's professionalism, promptness, and dedication to getting me the best diamond value was outstanding. His information was accurate and his "say-do" was 100%. The entire experience stands in stark contrast to many post-Covid business interactions. Furthermore, my wife could not be more pleased with this beautiful ring! Lastly, my local jeweler said the insurance coverage sold to me by Peter was from the best company in the industry. “My experience with Ben Garelick Jewelers was, hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with a business. I proposed to my (now) wife on Thanksgiving of 2022. I got the Diamond right but really missed on the setting (poor craftsmanship). I needed the right setting. I visited Ben Garelick’s website and discovered they could sell me just the setting. The website said I could text, and so I did…the day after Thanksgiving. I connected with Peter almost immediately. I told him my issue, and showed him pictures of the setting I wanted. No problem, he said. I’ll have a CAD to you Monday. They were going to custom design and manufacture this setting and provide me with a computer-aided design in a couple days. I was astounded. True to his word, Peter sent me the CAD, and I said let’s do it. He communicated with me throughout the process. He provided me with a reasonable and accurate timeline for completion. I was so impressed, I decided to ship the existing ring to Ben Garelick Jewelers from our home, in San Antonio, TX, to have them set the stone in the new ring. It got immediate attention upon arrival and was shipped back and delivered within the same week. I’ll end where I began, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had as a consumer. Ben Garelick is my jeweler for life. Thank you so much!!!”
