“What do I think about what? There is no subject in the sentence. I don't have the product yet, if that is what you mean. If you are asking about the order process, it was okay, not the best I have encountered. It was satisfactory.”

“Tried to use a new card for payment and could not get it approved. Tried another card and it worked first try. Not sure what the problem was but I resolved it”

“Lots of problems communicating via website. Been purchasing products through Amazon but prefer to work directly with Ben’s if they can improve order process. PSA went from 9 and steadily climbing to 5. So the products work. Just too difficult to work with the company on line. I’m considering joining the monthly program but not yet. I need to experience improvement in their order process.”
