price says starting at $85 then jumps to over $100 when you put it in the cart. just put the correct price up from the beginning. If you get a discount after that for a bulk rate, then great but do a bait and switch like that. leaves a bad view of the company. trying this because I read the book. will leave much more positive review once I see results. thanks. GQ

no sure why you started this protection lan for 5.50. I have been purchasing from you for over 10 years and it has never been necessary. You should be protecting your own shipments, as I would if I were shipping to you.

Why charge me for package protection when I clearly indicated that I didn't want it. I switched off the tab but I was still charged at checkout! I should have a choice.
