“ Horrific experience. £2000 mattresses sagged after two nights sleep on it. There is no refund policy only exchange on which I have lost £500. None of that was explained when I was purchasing. Their sales tactics are dishonest and deceiving. Please, please don’t be tempted to purchase from benson for beds, just not worth the agro. There is plenty of of more reputable companies out there. ”
