Bensons won't replace the pole or refund.

I rang you and was told it would be ten days for the parts or over a week for you to just take this bed and then another 5 at least for a refund (meaning I couldn't afford to buy a new one in that time) so I trusted you, stupidly, and said I would wait as I really needed this bed.

Commented 4 weeks ago about a headboard and said I don't hold out much hope on them getting it right this time. And guess what !. They cocked it up again, wrong colour again. Cancelled order and asked for a refund. Fingers crossed they get that right

We were not looking for a refund or a new bed just for someone to have a look and fix the bed, we are now stuck with a faulty bed, the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on, don't be taken in by the 5 year guarantee it means nothing.

Terrible experience, like another reviewer I tried a mattress in store and it was medium / soft and ordered it and what arrived was a firm when I tried to protest they refused to refund me and pretended it was just because it hadn’t been used.
