I ordered a bed and mattress on 13/05/2020. I have received no confirmation of the order but the money was taken out of my account on the same day .Its now 17 days later and I still haven't received any delivery date or confirmation. Can you help please .

i would like bensons (Bespoke Model) to solve our issue. the bed is too high ,not as described in store where purchased . i was not warned that it may take some time to compress, that it would be identical. all i want is the bed i ordered as per the one in store . the one that arrived is higher than the one we tested for some time in store.Potentially a safety risk! i am not after refunds (yet) just the right bed. it should be easy to resolve without all this hassle.

has anyone had any problems with the Sealy Singapore Superking mattress made for Bensons, it started sagging at the sides and has bump along the middle after about 18 months. Bensons do not want to know....

Hi Have made an order for a bed, mattress, headboard and pillows. I have been sent 2 separate order confirmation. One for pillows which has given me a delivery date, the other the rest of order. It says has delivery date of 2050 and under this explains if given 2050, the order will be delivered by their delivery provider direct in the lead time on the purchase page (est 6wks). Does anyone know who the provider is? I just want to contact them for a more definite date for delivery. I MUST ADMIT, im quite nervous after looking for this info and finding LOTS of negative feedback - eek!

I brought the Bergen 2 slider wardrobe set few months back in maybe February time. I am very unhappy with the wardrobe as it was all fixed properly but for the last 2 weeks every now and then the door clips out from below. The doors have then need to be taken off (which are very heavy) to get the them back in again. It seems to be a poor quality as it has not even been a year since we brought the whole set. Sometimes when the doors do this, I get stuck to get any clothing out until I have someone take out the doors again. Order No. B3573810

why does the management allow this crappy UN professional service go on staff are rubbish the company will try to get out of any guarantees and have no respect for the complaints they receive .ROGUE TRADERS ARE VERY INTERESTED TO TAKE BENSON BEDS ON AND WATCHDOG. WATCH OUT AND STAY CLEAR OF BENSON BEDS WHAT A SHOWER OF IDIOTS

My mother who is 91years of age purchased a bed from bensons both sides of the bed have clapsed they sent somebody to checkout the complaint and we were told it was due to my mother sittind on edge when going in and out bed is 5month old could enyone recommendations for getting in and out of bed

Is their a ruling on how much time you are allowed to sit on mattress while getti g out of bed as my my mother who is 91years old has been told that her 5.onth old bed has developed a problem the mattress has collapsed in on both sides she is the only one who sleeps in the bed

How can you say that customers are happy with customer services when you have a consistently low one star rating? I paid in full for my mattress 3 weeks ago, it should have been delivered yesterday, but none of your staff know where it is! When will it be found and delivered? Order number C2089101. I have phoned both your store in Nottingham and your customer service department many times over the last 2 days.

We purchased a 150cm Matt Splendour CR3 and it’s been a nightmare! Whatever it is made of makes my husband and I sweat profusely. We purchased a mattress protector from Bensons as well. I have replaced the mattress protector with a different one as well I have used it with none and it has been no better. The smell of the mattress has become unbearable. Could you please advise me 1. What could possibly being causing this? 2. What is the mattress made of? 3. What can the company do about this?

I have an issue with Bensons for beds charging me a reselection fee of £240 after my mattress sagged in the middle. Bensons sent around a representative of FIRA who told me that he was very often inspecting sagging mattresses sold by Bensons, he told me that he could see that my mattress was sagging, but couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted the CAB who said that I would be entitled to one free of charge replacement under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, so I applied to the County Court and paid £25 to get my case underway to claim back £240, but Bensons are claiming that the mattress is not defective therefore would not give rise to a claim under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I feel that CAB have given me the wrong advice? I have terminal cancer and had to provide evidence of this by way of a GP letter which cost me £25, should I go ahead with my plans to take Bensons to the small claims courts?

My son purchase bed was told that the bed was to be delivered the 15 Dec. In morning I get email saying they can't deliver because of some water damage And we would phone follow inn morning we have heard nothing would like to know what going on

hello, i was sold an expensive heirloom bed on the advise that it was firm , edge to edge firmness and it would cope with the imbalance of weights of my husband and I. It does not. The middle of the bed is so much softer. There is no manufacturing fault. It has been mis sold. I understand it will sink even further in the middle . it is 4 months old. What are my options now ?

I spent around £2000 on my bed and the mattress has 2 ruts in it, complained and had an inspector round claiming it was ‘settlement’ my family will NEVER go to Bensons again.

I am in the same boat , the only thing I think that would work is to visit the stores in an angry mob style confrontation and demand our money back looked on by the Media , the reviews don't seem to work with this firm as they don't care , Anyone up for it !!!

My settlement is around 4 inches and is visible through a quilt! Bensons are awful and say the mattress is fine but the ruts are my fault for not turning the mattress....it weighs around 80kg and l bought it because l have a bad back!!!! Jokers
