July we ordered a complete bedroom furniture when it arrived in November 25 the bed partly need to be change parts missing on a 5draw unit & it has taken 4 months to get the wardrobe right, Managers are always in meetings or off sick & the customer service is awful they all need to be retrained communication is an absolute joke
