“Took my wife’s scooter in for a service as it stopped working. A quick fix (my fault!) Very friendly young ladies in the store, Ian, who pointed out the problem and repaired and serviced the scooter was a gent. Delighted with the service received. Highly recommended”

“I have never actually seen or handled the product personally (incontinence pants) as they are delivered direct to the care home, where the staff use and recommend them. I am impressed with the service, which I have used 4 times now, and will continue to do so.”

“Lovely company, very efficient, excellent customer service! I was running out of face masks and because they were momentarily out of stock, they sent 4 complimentary individual masks which they had found in their warehouse (otherwise normally sold in packets of 10 or 20) to tie me over, as I had already placed a lot of orders with them. And, as it was my birthday, they also added some sweets with a happy birthday message!”

“Delivery was prompt and my elderly mother in law is very happy with the in continence pants. As a bit of advice I would suggest you make it clear on your website that pants are unisex as being a new customer the image did give me the impression they were for men.”
