“I’ve been a customer for many many years . Recently I went into store , emailed and finally rang the store to enquire if they could sell a palliative chair I had previously purchased from them . Spoke with Ella who ensured the boss would get back to me . Common curtesy to at least respond has been non existence . Would not bother with this store again . Years ago the service was amazing .”

“n99 supplied were comfortable and seemed to work as expected. However two of the last three masks failed before return flight to UK as elastic pulled off glue. Managed to loop and tie but not what you would expect from masks that are £5 each.”

“We were contacted by the care home to purchase an important, Urgent product for a parent. As We live miles from the home, We requested the item to be sent to the home direct. The item was sent to us instead of the address given for delivery. We then had to resent the parcel at Extra Cost & Time to the home. We contacted Bentley Nursing to complain, to date we have heard nothing. Not Very Impressed !!.”

“I ordered some fixation pants and had to pay the greedy £5 postage charge. I did not receive notification of dispatch or a tracking number. The pants have not arrived ten days later. I have requested a full refund but have had no response to my last two email messages. Very poor customer service.”
