“ NEARLY 5 YEARS AGO I ORDERED GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY PAID IN ADVANCE. ON RECEIVING I FOUND THAT THEIR SIZES DID NOT EVEN MEASURE THE SIZES STATED. THERE WAS A RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGING, SO RETURNED THEM. AFTER HUNDREDS OF E MAILS AND LETTERS LETTERS I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. ”

“ Not even worth the obligatory one star! Delivery took well over six weeks and the dress I ordered was the wrong colour and size...not to mention that it looks nothing like the picture and is of very poor quality. They want ME to pay to return it for a minimal refund. Live and Learn! This company is a money-grubbing SCAM! ”

There items are such poor quality , how can they get away with selling this rubbish? The photos on line are lovely , the products are disgusting smelly and very very poor quality . I'm so upset as I was buying myself a gift, I have become a recluse ever since I was diagnosed with lung disease in 2020. I just wanted 2 pairs of nice winter boots so when I go to appointments I don't look like a mess . Unfortunately my goal didn't go well did it . They smell, the souls are so flimsy and so is the plastic stuff they've used for the calfs etc. The fit is way too small these aren't adult boots at all, the photos are what I received, the screen shot images are what I thought I was buying . No refund they keep fobbing Me off ”

“ I tried to return it and they told me it would be cost prohibitive to return it so they would like to refund 1/2 my money and I keep the coat. ”

“ This company is a scam. You can’t contact them for anything. All of my items were too small so initially, I wanted to exchange them — no response. I followed up with a 2nd email to send everything back for a refund. I got a response, followed every instruction and never heard back from them. They kept all of my money and left me holding the bag. It’s a scam!!!! ”
