“Worst company we have ever dealt with. They take ages to answer the phone, take even longer to send someone out to you and the contractor we got was useless and rude!!! They refused to repair our boiler, saying it coked up so we had to get a British Gas engineer to come repair it. All it was was a pressure release valve and he checked the boiler and said it was NOT coked up and that whoever said that was completely wrong. The Be Smart engineer never even took the cover off the boiler. He guessed. Absolutely useless.”

“Easy to setup with many additional features of cover I hadn't dreamed of at a very fair price. Then a boiler leak and I'm abroad! No problem. Be Smart picked up my call. Liaise with tenants and sorted problem as promised. Great”

“Had a boiler service plan with them which I forgot to arrange the service last year but they were happy to take the monthly payment but don't proactively remind you that your service is overdue. When I contacted them they said my contract cost was increased from 1st May which they informed me via email in February but I didn't receive or respond to. Legally they can and did implement after the 30 day cooling off period. I've cancelled my account after paying a £30 cancellation charge... I won't be using these people again.”

“It took les than three hours for the engineer to attend and diagnose the problem with the boiler. He ordered the parts and did a temporary fix.”
