“We hired out a carpet cleaner for the day, which went really well and was a good price. It was easy to use and not too heavy. The booking process was a bit long winded as we rang and booked over the phone, when the actual venue was close by where we live. Once in the phone booking system, which is somewhere like Manchester, you can't just drop in and book at the counter, so it took quite some time setting up an account, prepaying etc. Best to open an account at the local centre directly if possible. Would have been much quicker. Will know next time. Our need was very last minute, otherwise we could have planned better, but at least we were able to get one on the day, when we needed it. The staff were really helpful too.”

“The Web Site was a bit "difficult", but the staff at the Bedminster office were excellent. The young man at the counter was superb, very helpful and provided a remarkable service. The delivery driver was also extremley helpful at delivery and telephoned before collection to confirm the collection time. All in all a very remarkable service.”

“The item was ready and waiting in a clean condition. The guy on the phone was very helpful and the person who loaded the mixer in my van was too. On the day I needed to return the item I found that I was seen to very quickly and didn't waste anytime messing about with paperwork etc. Great hire service, thanks.”

“From my initial contact to returning the tool ( Petrol Vibrating Plate 350mm) the customer service could not be better. I was direxcted to the nearest outlet and the staff were very helpful. They shown me how to operate the machine and explained the safety requirements. Finall, the cost was more than accepted. I would highly recommend the company for hiring tools.”

“The whole transaction was carried out very professionally. The gentleman I placed my order with was extremely helpful, as I had never used this piece of equipment before, he was able to give me a few tips.
