“I hired a conservatory roof ladder for one week for an excellent price. It was an excellent bit of kit that enabled me to strip and repaint my large conservatory myself. Mind you, it was delivered several hours later than agreed and collected several hours earlier than agreed - so I lost almost one day of the hire period.”

“The item was ready and waiting in a clean condition. The guy on the phone was very helpful and the person who loaded the mixer in my van was too. On the day I needed to return the item I found that I was seen to very quickly and didn't waste anytime messing about with paperwork etc. Great hire service, thanks.”

“From my initial contact to returning the tool ( Petrol Vibrating Plate 350mm) the customer service could not be better. I was direxcted to the nearest outlet and the staff were very helpful. They shown me how to operate the machine and explained the safety requirements. Finall, the cost was more than accepted. I would highly recommend the company for hiring tools.”

“I hired a carpet cleaner for same day drop off a.m and same day pick p.m. The cleaner was dropped off at 11.50 so barely made the a.m slot and then not collected until Monday lunch time, so I spent my weekend waiting for it to be picked up! I did call several times and i was told it would be collected but they never arrived to collect it.”

Dear Nina Harper, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. I am sorry the hire did not meet up to expectation. We have looked into the circumstances surrounding this and last Friday, the depot was experiencing an exceptionally busy day and whilst we intended to collect the carpet cleaner late Friday afternoon, other factors beyond our control made us unable to collect then. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope you will consider us next time you wish to hire something.

“We were really impressed by the everyone we spoke to. The reservation team were very helpful but the boys at Hire Station made the difference. They provided great advice and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend Best at Hire and particularly Hire Station Bedminster. Thank you.”

“The whole transaction was carried out very professionally. The gentleman I placed my order with was extremely helpful, as I had never used this piece of equipment before, he was able to give me a few tips. “My first time using "Best at Hire" and I do not regret one bit having chosen this company over its competitors. From the affordable prices & delivery/collection charges to an efficient and friendly service, "Best at Hire" was a winning choice. Upon hiring on their website, I called them to request that the tool be delivered as early as possible on Saturday morning and there it was on my doorstep at 8:30 in the morning and not only that, this request was written on my invoice. Can not praise and recommend enough. Thank you for an excellent service. Definitely will use again.”
