“The Best rate removal team were professional and prompt from the outset with the office team supplying me an accurate quote and site survey prior to the day of the move. On the day the team of 3 men were helpful and hard working throughout such a stressfull time. We could not have asked for such a great team that never moaned once throughout the long day. A breath of fresh air!!”

“We contact them and from the first minute they were 100% compromised. The communication was smooth and the where available to talk with me always that I needed it. The service was awesome and the people very kind and professional. They came, pack everything and transport from one house to the other in the same day. They made a very stressful day very easy. I totally recommend them. Great services and the best prize.”

“Removals are usually very stressful but the staff is brilliant and try to help where necessary, very strong guys and nothing was a problem and the price that we discussed on the phone stood during the removal. there was no hidden catches which I appreciate when budgeting for the move I knew exact how much was going to cost so i relaxed without been in a hurry not to spend to much or pay extra charges. I have worked with the AUSSIE removals that is very settled company but I realised that I got a great service for less money, I will use again.”

“We called Best Rate Removals at 10 am to ask how quickly they could remove our possessions from a large house and take everything to a storage. Due to a number of unexpected developments, we had to clear the property on the same day. Many thought that would be impossible but, within hours of the initial call, there were 8 men and several vans at work. They all worked until early hours next morning with only one break until everything was cleared. In all our dealings with this company we were impressed by their efficiency and good will. I addition to be very friendly and informal, we found everyone always ready to overcome any obstacle and deal with any problem to help their customer. We certainly recommend Best Rate Removals to anyone looking for removal or storage. We also believe that those running businesses could learn from the way this company is dealing with customers.”

“I have used Best Rate Removals to move from a flat to my new house. The service they provided was absolutely great. From Robin , who booked me for a survey and gave me the quote , to the guys who did the packing and the move, everything was great. Packing was done very professionally and the move itself was absolutely amazing . The guys were on time and did a great job. Recommend to everyone who is looking for a mover!”

“Amazing from the begining. When i saw how the guys are packing on the first day i knew my belongings are in good hands. The removal day itself went flawlessly . The guys were polite, smiling and very helpful . The guys worked really hard and manage to finish a tough job in the time i was quoted for. It was a stress free move for a great price therefore i would recommend to everyone.”

“The removal and delivery went promptly and without any damages as well as the delievery of all items to a big yellow storrage facility and was loaded into a storrage locker carefully avoiding any damages. The items most of which were boxed up were all placed neatly and to avoid any falling during transit as well as placement in the storage .The items were arranged perfectly allowing for all boxes to be used again if need be.”

“Great company and removal service. Got my quote on the same day and the price was amazing. The guys themselves were very polite and helpful. On the removal day the team came on time and did an amazing job! The guys are polite and very hard working. I had bad experience with removals before , but these guys take their job seriously and did an amazing work! Definitely would recommend! Great value for amazing service!”

“Quick, efficient, careful, and friendly! We moved from a 2nd floor flat to our new house late August. From my initial contact with Artur to the day of the move, service was excellent. I was always going to feel bad with the move because it involved a lot of stairs at both addresses, but the guys didn't really bat an eyelid. It was a really hot day unfortunately, so yes, they did sweat buckets, but they were very courteous and very good with everything. Would happily recommend them and use them again.”

“The job was carried out very efficiently. My first point of contact on the phone managed to estimate the length of the move (3 hours) accurately and the 2 men who were sent to help were professional and very quick. Fuss-free and I highly recommend using this company for any house move.”

“These guys were great. Excellent in fact. From the very first call with Arthur Best Rate Removals stood out a mile above all the rest and continued to impress throughout. (And I shopped around a lot). Not only did they deliver, on time, seamlessly and professionally, they also demonstrated something else, something I really appreciated - interpersonal skills and empathy. I was experiencing a number of complications and changes around my move. Jack was extremely understanding and helpful. He listened and did everything he could to work with me every step of the way. I never felt like just another number. On the day of the move, Zahair and Tanyu were my heros. Not only did they work speedily yet carefully, despite the heat. They helped out when the keys to the new door jammed and even found a way to keep unloading (up and over the back hatchet) when some plonker decided to park immediately behind our van, blocking access and unloading! A big huge thank you guys. You were THE BEST.”

“Well I was anxious about moving as only moved 2 years ago, however these guys were superb so efficient and very organised. Friendly and happy to assist in your needs and made the move go so smooth. Would not hesitate on recommending then and would definitely use again. Really good.”
