“From my very first phone call enquiring about flooring this Company has been the most helpful of all suppliers we have used for our project. Kris guided us through from start to finish including helping me with a plan of how to lay the flooring as we were going from hallway through kitchen and back into a dining area so it wasn't easy. We have followed his plan and its looking amazing.”

“Ordered karndean korlock frosted stone. The flooring was well priced compared with other suppliers and delivery was quick and hassle free. Laid the flooring myself and it looks very good. Extremely happy with the whole process and will definitely recommend and buy again.”

“Excellent from the moment they answered my call. Charlotte instantly advised about the suitability of the product, offered a highly competitive price and assured that the flooring could be delivered within two working days. All have been achieved with telephone calls to me updating progress. Product arrived in new clean packaging. No rips or damage. What more could you want? Now my go to flooring provider.”

“I made a mistake and bought £700 of Karndean Korlok, that would not fit over a concrete floor, with bitumen residue, without damp proofing and screed. The night before the delivery I phoned BAF and asked if it would be possible to postpone the order until I managed to find a tradesman to make good. BAF said no worries and then offered a full refund as this was a stock item. Amazing. I would recommend.”

“I've had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from Best at Flooring. I found them through a random Google search and took a chance....their prices were good & the products looked good so I thought I'd give them a go. Ordered and paid online. Next day had a call from Kris at customer services to confirm the order & agree delivery date. I had to check that the order was due on the day I thought - within half an hour of my email I had a response from Kris which told me all I needed to know. I can't speak highly enough of Kris's responses on every occasion. Definitely recommend this company.”
