“Unfortunately today's review is not as good as past reviews. Of the four 120 bottles that came in three of them were not fully mixed. Turning them upside down you can still see the oils floating toward the top in separation. The custard is almost unsmokable. That being said this is a very untypical shipment most of the time all is good.”

“We ordered 4 120ml bottles. 1 of the bottles I ordered, the butter toffee literally has absolutely no flavoring except the vg/pg. 3 of the 4 were pretty good but if I order again I will do extra flavor 😢. I have tried to contact a few times but can't find a phone number to have it made right and emails keep getting sent back as wrong address. We're going through a hard time and I know this juice is cheap but even $11 counts. I do appreciate the option of 90/19 though.”

“Pros: juice is inexpensive, good variety, good amount of cloud production, fast shipping. Cons:The juice is good when I fill the first few times, but then loses it's flavor even after cleaning the tank and replacing the coil. The plastic bottles leak from the top ring. I lose 3-5 drops of liquid every time I refill my tank. This has happened with the last two bottles I ordered.”

“Usually everything is great, this is my third or fourth order (not 100% sure), But this time I ordered 12 bottles & at some point 2 of the bottles caps got lose. I received a very wet mess with 2 bottles more than 1/3 each empty with it all over the bottles in the plastic bag & now the labels are peeling off. Definitely not the best experience this time around.”

“Great prices and selection BUT you guys are charging way too much for shipping these days because you’re using boxes that are at least 2X bigger than they need to be. What’s up with that? I’d like to hear the explanation on that. At the least, when it comes to plastic bottles, there’s NO need to charge $11-12 for shipping for 5-6 60ml bottles. Didn’t use to be that way. On top of that, dirt cheap bucks have disappeared so it indicates the company is losing money or is doing good but becoming greedy. Makes me want to research another well priced company to purchase from. Please do something about this and respond to me via email. Thank you.”

Thank you Mark, we care about our customers choices with variety and flavors. We also care about saving our customers money, with that said the way that we have shipping set up is specifically designed for two different scenarios. The first scenario is a smaller purchase, which would include the first option that would pop up for shipping, being USPS. The USPS is a lower price and arrives around the same amount of time. Its design is for a smaller purchase. Fedex is the second option for larger purchases to save in shipping with bulk purchases. Your order would have fit in a USPS box so for now on when you order try choosing USPS and that will help with the shipping price. Sincerely, Dirt Cheap E-Juice.
