“I'm so disappointed by the company I have emailed over 4times to find out where my order is no response no refund 😒 shame because my pooch loves the products!!!! I know it's only 6.49 but that's not the point!!!”

“DESPITE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF CONTACTING YOU ABOUT THE ABOVE ORDER NOT ARRIVING (INCLUDING SOMEONE ON FACEBOOK SEEING MY COMMENTS ON ANOTHER BUYERS REVIEW) AND ASKING FOR MY ORDER NUMBER THERE HAS STILL BEEN NO RESPONSE OR TREATS ARRIVING. FEELING SCAMMED AND HAS TAUGHT ME TO NOT BUY ON FACEBOOK AGAIN. TERRIBLE SERVICE”

“I tried to cancel my subscription but my account said no active subscriptions but a pre approved payment hade been taken from my PayPal. I sent numerous emails, none answered, rang the number but they gave me another number. Worst customer service. Still waiting for it to be resolved.”

“Unfortunately despite a photo from a courier holding a package in their hand which gave no indication of whom the package was for and where they were, the item was never delivered so I am unable to comment any further. I raised a concern via Shop but heard no more from the seller.”
