Refund - Difficult

My item was returned to Bestsecret on 19/11/2024. This is the second time I was informed that a refund was issued for my return but still nothing was credited to my account. This is really frustrating.Customer service is so bad. The only way to get a proper service on Beatsecret is to write an online review here.

Ftom 14 of October they don’t back me money for this order 2122678866 ! I received letter from them 100 times with different information and lay, i ll add all screenshots and documents here as well: 14 of October with confirmation they received return 24 of October you send me email that dhl lost return After many email they confirmed refund and still one month keep my money! I have dhl official letter they delivered you this return.

Very poor customer support. I have placed an order on 21st July (for 900 EUR) which to this day never reached me. I have contacted their support several times, and all I got is a standard reply that they will look into it and refund within 9-10 days. This was 20 days ago. Nor my parcel or a refund was initiated from their side, and on top of that they are now ignoring my emails/complains as well

e tekst pomoću fotoaparata I am a long-time user of Bestsecret, a diamond member with a lot of distributed invitations, to mention that in all those years I had 3 refunds.

I was refunded only for 1 item, after putting a complaint, they told me the shoes didnt pass their inspection (I returned them as they were recived, in the orinal box etc) and that I will not recive a refund for them.

I returned the product with reference number retour-2075895932-0,and I have not received a refund.

For this reason and because it is explicit on the website that it is possible to return the product and receive a refund, I decided to resend the product with a transport guide automatically made by them on the website itself.

Customer support just says to wait, there is no procedure to get a refund, there is no procedure to make a complaint, no procedure to speak with manager.

They do not refund money for an order that has not arrived.

Never ordering from them again. They did not refund me the correct amount of money for my return and they don't respond to messages.
