“Very good and quick service. Our boiler was dripping water and The Better Home Company came the same day to have a look at it. Mark was very attentive and instantly knew where the problem was coming from. We are now waiting for the parts to be ordered and having the boiler fully repaired.”

“Mark attended my flat after reporting a blockage resulting in overflow of water from my bathroom sink into the bath. He was friendly, communicated really clearly, was efficient, resolved the issue and even asked for a mop to clean up. No complaints and would recommend without hesitation.”

“Outstanding service by Michael the electrician and Mark the gas technician. Michael was very quick and efficient. He was exceedingly polite and very, very friendly. Such a cheery disposition! Mark took the time to explain what he was doing, which was very helpful. He too was very friendly and so lovely to talk to! Both were excellent, and I'd happily rely on them for any technical help again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs effective, skilled, quick, and friendly technical help.”

“The guy who came was extremely pleasant , helpful and resourceful. He managed very quickly to source all the paints and did an excellent job of filling and repainting all small cracks and holes left by removal of pictures and mirrors. He also had to chop up and remove a very heavy mattress which he then disposed of . This was something he was not told was on his plan but he accepted it without annoyance. First rate all round!”

“Mario and Matt came to repair some areas of rotten outside wood. They were punctual and immediately began work. We were impressed with their work ethic and the care they took. They were easy to talk to, welcomed questions and explained every step of the work. Their professional approach does them great credit. They took care to clean up after and we found them to be excellent in every aspect of the work. It was a pleasure to have them.”

“I have worked with the Better Home Co for over 3 years in my corporate role. I have worked with over 40 contractors and sourcing a reliable team is like gold dust. Kasia, Jennifer, Woitek and Mads are my go to team. They offer a service which exceeds expectations. They report in a timely manner and manage my expectations as the project manager. Things inevitably go wrong, but the team are on hand to offer quick and effective solutions. Since starting my own business, BHC are my first choice of contractors as they are diligent and responsive. To be honest, I would be lost without them. Wishing Mads and his team the best.
