Bevi is the absolute greatest addition to our office. We were highly addicted to cans and bottles of water, so we were worried our staff would rebel if we switched. I am happy to say that not only was there not a massive rebellion, the Bevi has become THE staple to our office. We always make sure to bring guests/interviewees to it to enjoy a drink. On top of having amazing flavors, I've never dealt with a company that is so quick to respond to questions/requests. I will leave you with this quick anecdote from a guest "If I had one of these in my office, I would have to be careful of not having an office romance."

My company is new to Bevi and already we love it! We had a few employees who had Bevi at previous companies and when they gave such positive feedback, we decided to bring Bevi into our office in Boston. The entire process from demo to contract was smooth. Their team came out to do a site check to make sure everything would work and explained anything we might need to do on our end like getting the right type of waterline access or a certain type of extension cord. The best part has been the automatic updates that Bevi receives on the machine. We had a CO2 valve that wasn't tightened as it should be. Before I even realized it, Bevi reached out to let me know and had someone come out to fix it the very next day. The employees are loving all the flavors and enhancements and it has helped to streamline our office costs a bit. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience!

Don't waste your time. They are quick to send you an email, but then will never call for pricing. If they aren't eager to make a sale, i can only imagine how the customer service will be.

The machine is poorly engineered so that it cannot deliver a sufficient volume. Once you pour a glass or two of water, the flow stops - you might have to push the button 15 times to fill an 8oz cup. The most frustrating and overpriced piece of rubbish ever produced. And we are told by the service tech that we are the biggest user by volume, in Toronto...that's a lot of frustration.

We've had the countertop Bevi machine in the office for a few years now. At first it was great and being able to rotate flavors kept things interesting. For the last few months however, there has been absolutely 0 flavor coming from the machine. We asked them to change the settings to pump more flavor and they said it's already at the max. Something is wrong with the machine I'm guessing. I don't even hear it injecting syrup like it used to. Also, the service techs came in today to refill a couple of the flavors that we've been waiting several weeks for them to, but now there's a puddle of syrup at the bottom of the cabinet that both the AC adapter and network device were sitting in. I wouldn't really recommend Bevi to anyone.

We have had other water coolers and nothing comes close to the Bevi. I think my employees would riot and walk out if we got rid of Bevi. We've never had an issue with service, billing, or taste of flavors like the people here.

We have had Bevi for almost 1 month now. (3) Service calls. Its leaking syrup now all over inside machine and outside on the floor. Quench (Reps) have very bad customer service:(

We have a Bevi machine in my office, i LOVE the drink itself but it seems to have issues at least every two weeks. The service is supposed to know when flavors are out but no one is proactive to come and fill them. Now our machine is not dispensing water, just the flavor, very frustrating. I'm not sure what the cost of our machine is, but the services should be great if we're paying thousands of dollars for this machine.

Just a note, that during the Covid 19 crisis, Bevi has declined to offer businesses that are shut down by their local government, like ours, any discount/relief from monthly charges despite not being able to use their machine/services. We will go at least two months with almost no usage and therefore no service or additional product needed from Bevi, this obviously saves them money - and still they refuse to give us any break on monthly costs, only offering to defer the same payments due to the end of the contract. If the motto for Covid 19 is we are in this together, Bevi has demonstrated that their clients are in this alone. Offering a simple discount recognizing low to no usage in times of an unprecedented crisis was all that was necessary. This is the kind of behavior that should not be forgotten. When we reach the end of our contract we will not be renewing, this is the poorest of customer service and not how to work with clients in their time of need. Shame on you Bevi!

Review should have zero stars!! After much internet research I purchased a Bevi machine for my office in great excitement. At the outset it worked well. However within the first 6 weeks the original machine spontaneously leaked and flooded my office. This machine was then replaced with a new unit. Within the first 3 weeks, the replacement unit spontaneously flooded my office for a second time. When the technician came to identify the problem, he determined that this new machine sprung a leak in the exact same manner as the prior unit and couldn't explain why. Needless to say, I returned the machine as I felt having this value added item was not worth the risk. DO NOT purchase this machine unless you're looking for a headache, almost certain insurance claim and possible work stoppage!

I am not sure where the high rated reviews came from as they seem to be biased (perhaps Bevi employees) as these flavored water options taste terrible. You can taste the chemicals, artificial flavors. Our office just got these installed and everyone says the same thing. I tried two flavors and will not try any additional. Just awful.

BEVI has been an absolute game changer for us here at Otis Elevators. The gorden hose out back just can't compare to the flavors we get from BEVI ;). Now my boys are hydrated and more productive than ever. Like I always tell the wife, fill 'em up and let the horses run! -Ted

Our Bevi is my most cherished company benefit, far more important to me than my insurance or 401k. It's the only reason I come into the office anymore and I drink about 30 glasses a day. My favorite flavor is strawberry lemongrass. SBL 4 LYFE!

The Talkwalker NYC office is powered by Bevi. We love access to pure water (sparkling and still) in a variety of natural flavors. It's fun to learn which flavors are the most popular among colleagues and how many bottles of water we've saved based on Bevi consumption.
