Bevi is great, my favorite part is that they just show up when things are low or flavor needs to be swapped out. They'll even clean out the tray which is nice. My team loves the flavors and they're always coming up with new ones!

We love our Bevi! Everyone is our office has their favorite flavor and we couldn't be happier with it. Customer service is a dream and every request is handled almost immediately. They must be using secret unicorn magic or something because the whole experience from the initial consult to installation to service requests and the product itself has been phenomenal.

Every step of the way with Bevi has been a DREAM. Being the Office Manager of a very thirsty office, so much of my time was spent buying and stocking canned drinks. When I heard about Bevi, it was a no brainer. They handle everything! I regained so much of my time not having to worry about what is running low or which refrigerators needed to be restocked. Not to mention all of the WASTE we are eliminating by using Bevi! Our monthly Bevi stats have now been integrated into our company's sustainability initiative. The best part, we are saving money! Thats right, we are saving hundreds of dollars a year while going GREEN and not having to worry about a thing! Hands down, our lives have been changed for the better thanks to Bevi.

We love our Bevi and honestly don't know how we got by without it. We love introducing our guests to this awesome little machine and really do consider it a member of our company family.

My work recently got a Bevi and it's a nice upgrade from the normal water cooler. Personally I like the raspberry and grapefruit flavors, and the seltzer is good although I personally prefer that flavorless. You can also watch how many bottles of water your work is saving, or acres of forest.

Bevi has been extremely life changing to our office culture! We are huge fans of the still flavored water options and it just feels good to actually drink water and save the environment all at the same time! The customer service is great and the people are just so friendly. What would make this perfect is having a hot water function or more flavors at once, which I know has been expressed.

We have a Bevi machine in my office, i LOVE the drink itself but it seems to have issues at least every two weeks. The service is supposed to know when flavors are out but no one is proactive to come and fill them. Now our machine is not dispensing water, just the flavor, very frustrating. I'm not sure what the cost of our machine is, but the services should be great if we're paying thousands of dollars for this machine.

We've had the countertop Bevi machine in the office for a few years now. At first it was great and being able to rotate flavors kept things interesting. For the last few months however, there has been absolutely 0 flavor coming from the machine. We asked them to change the settings to pump more flavor and they said it's already at the max. Something is wrong with the machine I'm guessing. I don't even hear it injecting syrup like it used to. Also, the service techs came in today to refill a couple of the flavors that we've been waiting several weeks for them to, but now there's a puddle of syrup at the bottom of the cabinet that both the AC adapter and network device were sitting in. I wouldn't really recommend Bevi to anyone.

Don't waste your time. They are quick to send you an email, but then will never call for pricing. If they aren't eager to make a sale, i can only imagine how the customer service will be.

The machine is poorly engineered so that it cannot deliver a sufficient volume. Once you pour a glass or two of water, the flow stops - you might have to push the button 15 times to fill an 8oz cup. The most frustrating and overpriced piece of rubbish ever produced. And we are told by the service tech that we are the biggest user by volume, in Toronto...that's a lot of frustration.

We have had Bevi for almost 1 month now. (3) Service calls. Its leaking syrup now all over inside machine and outside on the floor. Quench (Reps) have very bad customer service:(

Just a note, that during the Covid 19 crisis, Bevi has declined to offer businesses that are shut down by their local government, like ours, any discount/relief from monthly charges despite not being able to use their machine/services. We will go at least two months with almost no usage and therefore no service or additional product needed from Bevi, this obviously saves them money - and still they refuse to give us any break on monthly costs, only offering to defer the same payments due to the end of the contract. If the motto for Covid 19 is we are in this together, Bevi has demonstrated that their clients are in this alone. Offering a simple discount recognizing low to no usage in times of an unprecedented crisis was all that was necessary. This is the kind of behavior that should not be forgotten. When we reach the end of our contract we will not be renewing, this is the poorest of customer service and not how to work with clients in their time of need. Shame on you Bevi!
