Parcel still hasn’t arrived - they have been no help at all. Auspost requires the sender to provide info to get the investigation happening. Every request we have made to the Beville’s have been palmed off and left me in limbo. 100% don’t recommend.

No working phone numbers to contact customer service and ask about the the delivery times and which store it would come from I.e. Capalaba down the road, or Melbourne. Turns out it was Melbourne and Overnight express takes a week.

Product itself is beautiful. Customer service on the other hand is pathetic. I placed my order for click and collect and even received an email confirming it was click and collect. Then received an email saying it’s being posted out to me but didn’t have a house number on the street and STILL got sent out. Called customer service just to be told that whilst she can see i did click and collect something happened and it changed to delivery and it must be my fault. Failed to let me speak to the manager and told me the solution would just be to let it get sent back to the ware house because there’s no address to send it to and then wait for a refund and order again and hope it doesn’t do the same thing. Absolutely pathetic

Very disappointing! Post my purchases I sent 4 emails and none are responded yet. I cannot find a way to reach out to your team. No more purchases from Bevilles.

After doing credit card payment took 5 days item To be ready. Went to the store on Friday and the item wasn’t ready to dispatch eventhough I showed the receipts and bank slips. Adv head office haven’t cleared the item yet. I did the online payment cause I wanted to reserve the item for a fam members birthday and it was Saturday and I missed it. Collected the item later. Really dissatisfied

Very long time to get the earrings I bought, had to enquire a few times, then found on my front porch yesterday, parcel squashed , box squashed and 1 earring bent ! Not happy and unable to return or swap as unable to leave home due to disability! Had to try and un bend pin of stud myself! They were going to be a Xmas gift for my mother but can’t give them to her in the condition they were delivered

I ordered for a click and collect, it was available at the store during check out. I was emailed it wasn’t so they’ll send it via express post. My other ordered delivered in standard post arrived before the promised expressed post! It’s been a week or so! Also I went to the couple shops my order is available in stock!! I ordered a Q size ring! Didn’t like it when it arrived as it’s too small, the size and the size of the design so I went to the shops only to find out it wasn’t a size Q is an N! For resizing I was quoted $55 then the other shop said only $50 then when I came back it’s gone up $65!

Never again. No communication. 18 days from order until delivery. Very happy with the item itself but the rest of the experience was unacceptable. The kicker, the day after I bought the item, I received an email offering me the EXACT same item $50 cheaper!

Ordered something via click and collect and find out it’s ready to be picked up. Couldn’t pick it up that day itself, thought I’d get it in a few days time. The next day or two, I get an email that says it has been picked up. But I haven’t picked it up nor have I authorised anyone else to pick it up. Call them up immediately they said they would sort it out once I come in store. Go there the next day, they say someone has picked up my order. Someone with my exact same name and exact same order and order number. My partner asked them if they checked the email and the ID and they claimed that they did. But I have only one ID and it’s not stolen. They said to send them screenshots of the emails I received and I did that and was then told they’d get back to me in 3 days. It has now been one week and I have not heard a word. All I received from them is an option to leave a review. So here it is. Thanks for nothing. I want my money back and be compensated for the trouble I have been through!

The Bevilles website was incorrect and sent me on a wild goose chase to a store that didn't actually stock the product range at all, as was indicated online. The staff member there seemed unaware/confused and suggested I drive to another store 15 klms away but didn't ring them to check they actually stocked it either. Not wanting to waste any more of my time, I ended up ordering online and had to pay shipping on top of the cost of the product. When the product came, it was great.
