I will never order from this company again. I ordered a large order and wanted to return one item and because it was slightly discounted was towed that I couldn’t return it. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order today through their website, when checkout I entered my credit card infos, It asked for a code, weird, and suspicious already, then it took awhile to load, then my credit card company text me a one-time code to enroll to a digital wallet. Then few minutes later, I got an email from my bank said that I added my card to google pay. Wow, fastest scam I've ever experienced. I cancelled my card immediately. Watch out guys.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! Incredibly unprofessional company and shitty products!! Bought 5 products from them, they only sent me 4 and then told me that my 5th product was in stock the entire time and I had to pay shipping TWICE to get my entire order because they REFUSED to send it to me in one order. Even tho they were all in stock. And then KIMBERLY the “manager” emailed me back to let me know I can spend more money with her but when it came to a refund she ignored me and never messaged me back!!

Don’t ever! buy anything from there. they sent me the incorrect color and now in order to return it, I need to pay for the return shipping! Buy the same thing from Walmart or anywhere else and enjoy flawless return processes

I’ve ordered from Beyond Polish for a few months, never had an issue with nail polishes, until the last order I made the CND Shellac gel was sticky and very thick. There’s no number to actually call someone so everything is through email or a chat (which didn’t work) the connection was horrible and it took long for them to respond. I finally got a response in regards to the defected gel polish. They are a bunch of liars. I explained the situation and was told a new set of gel will be sent to me, they never sent it and made a fake order number and told me to track it. At this point I don’t even want it, I will NEVER ORDER from them again. I going to unsubscribe from their emails. Oh also if you google the address they use it’s a residential neighborhood so they are just selling stuff from their home! That’s why they probably don’t have a number to actually call and talk to someone.

I purchased some dip powders and top, base, and activator. The activator broke in transit. They gave me a credit to purchase a new one, but it did not include shipping. When I inquired why, they stated it is because I did not buy their shipping insurance. I feel a good company would cover all of it, and also recommend the shipping insurance in the future. I will look elsewhere for my supplies now.

They don't sell true quality nail polish. I bought 6 China Glazes, and all if them have had acetone added to them to liquefy them again. I'm very upset, because this is NOT china glaze quality. They make an amazing polish. I want my money back from beyond polish. I do NOT recommend.

I made a small purchase of an OPI Infinite Shine polish as well as two of the OPI Nail Envy Original Formula. The order never arrived and the information I received from Beyond Polish gave me an Order Number that turned out to be an Invalid Order Number. Then I tried to go through the Insurance that I purchased through their site, and it turns out that I must provide a Police Report in order to make a claim. I truly believe that this site is meant to SCAM and defraud customers because the site makes it impossible to make a claim for small purchases without a considerable amount of inconvenience to the customer. People, avoid making purchases from this vendor.

beyond polish advertised dewalt tools for an unbelievable price, which my spouse got sucked in to. needless to say, it was a fraudulent sale; he never got the tools and beyond polish stole $99 from us. we have disputed it with our credit card company but they keep making untrue statements to them about this sale.

NOT recommend I ordered CND from them. They are using original cnd pictures on website, but I got product with terrible smell and poor quality from their website. This nail polish: 1. with terrible smell 2. does not cure fully under the lamp 3. After removing the sticky layer doesn’t have shiny finish 4. cracking after few days I’m not recommend this product! Please be careful I spent more than hundred bucks, and they don’t have refund, only store credit (I guess because they are super confident about their products (no), but I don’t want buy from them anymore.

I ordered one month ago some cnd shellac. It was clear to me that it would take some time until I'll get it here in Germany. BUT it's outrageous that 9 bottles Nailpolish are sent in two packages! Because of this I need to pay two times the customs! For one package with four polish (which arrived today) I paid 15,49€ customs (17,32 Dollar)!!! The other is still in the customs office! It's so outrageous to put ONE order in two packages! I'll never buy on this shop again! And if someone will ask me about my polish, I'll be honest and give the advice to not buy it on beyondpolish.com !!!

Horrible horrible shipping time. High shipping prices ($7 for standard) and Still waiting over two weeks later for package. Package has been delayed twice and over a week now. Will never order from them again. It’s domestic shipping of three small items — it’s not that difficult.

I ordered three CND nail polish in every day polish to match the Shellac. I wanted to have my own in the event I was traveling I would have "my shade'. Something looked 'off' on the color and I took them to my salon and could not believe the difference in color. I wrote to customer service to just return them and explained that perhaps mis-labeled. I have to return what I have at my expense and then only store credit. Now I am stuck and cannot even pass them along to anyone because they are not what they say they are.

I ordered a bunch of DND gel polish as it's my go to at the nail salon. The DND at beyond polish is clearly fake because I got really bad infections and allergic reactions to each color. This has never happened to me with any DND gel polish at my salon. There is something wrong with their formulas.

Wish I would have read the negative comments prior to placing an order. I placed a TIME SENSITIVE order the Saturday after Thanksgiving 2017. Because I absolutely had to received the order by the following Thursday, I paid $9.99 for priority 2-3 day USPS shipping with delivery to my commercial work address. The first issue was the immediate email I received from Beyond Polish stating that the delivery address was invalid. I immediately responded and said; no, this is a valid address and receive multiple deliveries on a daily basis. This was fixed on their end and I received a notification on Monday that my order had shipping but stating that my delivery would be delayed 4-5 days due to the holiday with a new delivery date of December 2 (Note: There was NO MENTION of this delay during the ordering process). This order was now useless to me and it was too late to cancel the order as it was in transit. To my knowledge there is no customer service number on their web site so I sent an email expressing my intense frustration. It would have been very easy for them to apologize and offer a FULL refund, including the $9.99 priority shipping, but instead their rep, Jeff, stated the 2-3 day doesn't include processing time (duh!) and copied their Holiday shipping schedule from their FAQ's. The issue here isn't the processing time, like Jeff attempted to blame, as the order was received on Saturday and was shipping on Monday giving it plenty of time to receive by the 3rd day (Thursday). The problem is paying extra for 2-3 day shipping without clear notification during the ordering process, receiving a delaying shipping notification AFTER the order has been paid, and then laying the blame on the client for not clicking to the FAQ page. To make matters worse, Jeff stated that they would issue a refund but I would still have to pay the original $9.99 priority mail even though the delivery wasn't delivered in 2-3 days. My response was less-than pleasant. I then received an email from Diana, from the Customer Loyalty Team whatever that is, which stated that they will "look into updating the checkout process to better inform our customers of any shipping delays" but that "Jeff followed company protocol on how we respond to returns & exchanges" and "our team followed all company policies". Seriously, you respond to shipping delays by blaming the customer and making them pay for shipping costs that weren't met? Bottom line: the worst customer service. Do not order from this company.

I ordered some polish and I didn’t like the color. I sent it back and according to their policy, they only do store credit instead of refunding back to my credit card. I think that is poor customer services.
