Hi Ann Thanks for the great review. I've just had a quick look and it looks like this was your first order on the new site. I'm not sure what problems you had, but I'm going to guess it related to logging in. We were unable to keep the old username/passwords as the data was all encrypted which meant we had to force users to register again on the new site. This has caused some confusion for those people who had their login details saved on their computer. We have had lots of positive feedback about the new site being easier to navigate and much improved search. “I have bought from your website for over 3 years now, and I can report that I have had very good service. This relates to either the products, payments or deliveries. Only once did I need help and it was forthcoming to treat the problem on the website, because I had made a mistake in the selection of one product, so the problem was solved successfully.”
