The product is good, but when ordering from Norway, you have to pay more than the product in fees and taxes!

Thank you for your review and feedback, we ar enow working with a system called Tollit which is designed to reduce the fees and taxes. It is unfortunate that Norway palce such high charges on any items imported into the country.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read your item has not arrived as yet. We do find that sometimes orders stay in customs when being sent to countries such as Norway and therefore take a while to arrive. I will ask someone from customer services to contact you to see if we can resolve this.

I still have not received the products... But they are probably stuck in the Norwegian customs. So not Bigvits fault.

Total rubbish. Had to pay tax and vat even it says their prices include vat/tax!

Thank you for your feedback. The website does state "VAT and import duty is all paid for UK and EU customers meaning there are not extra hidden charges. Customers in Norway will be subject to local import duty and VAT upon collection from the postal service." Unfortunately this is the situation for all Norwegian customers since January 2020 for anything imported from Europe.

Thank you for your feedback. Tracking was provided, however the delviery service had issues with uodating this. Unfortunately there were delays due to the impact delivery services and customs are facing due to the Coronavirus. We are unable to change or influence this. We tried to ensure good customer feedback offering time scales for likely responses from the delivery service and updating you as soon as we had a response. We also offered you compensation as a way to apologise for the delay in deliver.

Thank you for yor review. The tracking shows that your package is in transit with GLS. Unfortunately due to the coronavirus impact we are finding that some packages are taking longer to arrive than normal. Thank you for your patience, we hope it will arrive soon.

Alas I still have not received my order 723861. It must be still floating around in space somewhere. And low and behold I get a request to rate the service. The Irony! Am I dreaming or have I unknowingly contacted the VIRUs!!! Sheila O’Reilly.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the current situation with the coronavirus we are finding that deliveries are taking longer than normal. I see from the tracking that your item arrived today. I apologise for the delay, however am pleased it has eventually arrived.

Too many items out of stock and without consent they spoke to a third-party about the Order - against the UK Data Protection Act and very unprofessional. Was able to buy ALL the required items from another UK supplier and at a cheaper overall cost. After ten years, we will never use this unprofessional company ever again.

Unfortunately the tracking shows that the parcel is being returned as the address was not complete. We will refund you as soon as we receive it back. We would welcome you to re-order with the correct address.

Please note we are not complainers. I have ordered vitamins from you for several years and had them sucessfuly sent to my home in Portugal where we live for most of the year. I made two orders from your company: One in the spring of this year and the other last month. I had issues with both orders that caused me concern and bother. My wife and I decided we would look for an alternative supplier for our next order. But since you ask here are some issues you should look into: (1) You changed your website, it is awkward! Also you do not tell customers that the price shown is vat inclusive because the way you issue the end invoice is to make a total that is vat exclusive (confusing). Items list but wont go into the shopping cart and the customer is not told that it is not in stock we are left to find that out later. I had a problem in paying by Visa because Visa have new Authentication checks that I did not have at hand when placing my order (no fault to you) So I called your office on Skype. Your operator took my order and I paid by PayPal. Another mistake that caused more problems when your operator charged wrong amounts to this account that had to be credited back. Also PayPal converted my £ purchases to CHF which by Swiss bank then converted to € the currency of my credit card charging conversion fees each time. Again not your problem directly but I'm sure you see how is was for me. For the 1st time ever delivery of my order to Portugal was a complete mess resulting in me having to make phone calls to the UK overseas division of your chosen carrier and to your office. Lets not dwell on this! Here is a usefull piece of advice for your company when sending parcels overseas. Get a list of local drop-off-points from your carrier for the country concerned, then give this info to your customer. The customer then collects from the D.O.P. at their leisure. Why do you have two names? "Big Vites" "Trade Vits" customers won't understand this. I have sorted out the Visa issue and I no longer use PayPay. Now its your turn to sort out BigVits.
