“Prompt, once the order is put in. However, the website used to be easier to use........making it flashier is not good for all customers!”

Hi Ann Thanks for the great review. I've just had a quick look and it looks like this was your first order on the new site. I'm not sure what problems you had, but I'm going to guess it related to logging in. We were unable to keep the old username/passwords as the data was all encrypted which meant we had to force users to register again on the new site. This has caused some confusion for those people who had their login details saved on their computer. We have had lots of positive feedback about the new site being easier to navigate and much improved search. “Prior to the new website, this would have been a 5 star review every time for reliable and speedy service (which it still is) and a great range of products. However I have encountered difficulties accessing the new site (correct password refused), and all notifications now go to spam, which they didn't before. So sadly it is less of a pleasure to visit the website now.”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear about your login problems. I have had a look back and can see where you had an issue with your password in October. When we switched to the new site, we were unable to transfer across the old passwords as they were encrypted, so even if entered correctly it wouldn't work until reset. Regarding the spam folder, it is frustrating for us too that some customers are seeing this. One solution is if you see a message in your junk folder that isn't junk, select it by clicking on it once and look for the 'Not Junk' button. I am pleased to see you have ordered around 6 or so times since then (including yesterday) so hopefully everything is OK now. If not, please do contact us. “I have used Bigvits for several years. The quality of the supplements is very good and the prices are competitive. However I am disappointed that postage to France is now very expensive to such an extent I am now considering whether to continue as a customer.”

Thank you for your feedback on the delivery costs to France. We currently use the overall weight of the order (up to 2kg) to calculate the delivery charge to EU countries to be very similar to what it costs us. I think what you are seeing, because you placed a larger order, is that the weight goes over 2kg and then the price automatically jumps to a standard £24.98 for a courier delivery. I will have someone investigate this further and see if we can find a better solution. If this happens on your next order, please contact us through the website and we could look at how we ensure we only charge you the actual delivery cost if we can get it cheaper. “I live in London with some mental health issues and cant work computers, I get my Aunt in Australia to order all my supplements. She told me to stop wasting money at Holland & Barretts. She chooses Practitioner supplements and I have been feeling heaps better. Big Vits are efficient and fast.”
