“I have bought from your website for over 3 years now, and I can report that I have had very good service. This relates to either the products, payments or deliveries. Only once did I need help and it was forthcoming to treat the problem on the website, because I had made a mistake in the selection of one product, so the problem was solved successfully.”

“Always has what I need and on the rare occassion they havent they called to either offer a replacement or refund. Not often companies do that !. Dispatch to carrier is always fast. Top products and top company.”

“I’ve used them a number of times and have always been satisfied with their level of service. I placed my order for a US made, Drs Best supplement on the 5th May and it arrived via Royal Mail tracker, on the 9th. I’m wary of ordering US supplements, from any one else, because if they are dispatched from the US, to your UK home address, you get stung for UK Customs VAT duty, plus Royal Mail VAT collection fee, Fortunately this doesn’t happen when you order them via Bigvits. There’s no additional cost, on top of their price.”
