“My order 17183 arrived quickly. My next order 17441 seems to have been lost in the post, through no blame to you because, I got a notification from PostNord of arrival on July 24th. So now I'm worrying about the vitamin K2's resistance to heat. Maybe I'll have to re-order. Thank for your help when ordering.”

“I was sent the wrong product.I could have returned the product but the postage from EU is very expensive.I ordered from another company & received the correct product within 3 days.Niacin 500 mg is not the same as Niacinamide 500mg & could have been potentially dangerous at that dose ,if I had taken it.”

Thank you for your feedback. We corresponded regarding this issue and apologiesed for the mix up which does on rare occasions happen. We offered to resend the correct item and a return envelope for the incorrect item which would have covered the cost of the postage, however you chose to purchase from elsewhere. We always do what we can to correct mistakes made and to ensure customer statisfaction. We are sorry we were unable to achieve this on this occasion.

“I have been trading at Bigvits for many years. I have a complex health problem and use supplements in addition to prescription medications. It has been okay to order what I need from a single supplier. The quality and selection of supplements is outstanding. A big plus is that the goods are customs-cleared into the EU. I cross my fingers that this will continue even after Halloween.”

I would be interested in hearing more about your difficulties with the website if you would consider emailing info@bigvits.co.uk or calling us on 01482 236782 as we truely value our customers and would like to see if we can make your experience easier. Regarding the postage cost, the price has remained fairly consistant over the last few years. Unfortunately the price reflects the realistic price of posting the products as they are heavy. We could consider including the postage cost however this means increasing the price, some companies do this, we currently we prefer to keep the 2 separate. I look forward to hearing from you.
